Circle of Advancement (C.O.A.) is an alliance of Bartow County natives who strive to meet the many needs of this community. In January 2018, C.O.A. was formed, in an effort to manifest positive change. This group aims to re-energize the community through youth mentorship, societal outreach, and civic engagement. 

We aim to uplift the entire community by specializing in youth development and outreach.Our annual events provide opportunities and resources to the local youth.
